Huawei Ascend Y540 compact review
Recently Huawei launched their low budget handset. Huawei launched this handset silently. According to the specifications and price this is the budget friendly device known as Huawei Ascend Y540. The handset is an ordinary mobile and there is nothing special found inside this mobile.
The Huawei Ascend Y540 is a typical Android based handset and runs KitKat version of operating system. The size of the display is 4.5 inches having 480x 854 pixels resolution which provides 281ppi densities. The handset measures 134.2 x 67 x 10.3 mm by dimensions.
Huawei used 1.3GHz Dual core Cortex A7 processor paired with Mediatek chipset and Mali 400 GPU for handling the graphical tasks. However this is not the super fine combination of hardware but it is well enough for these type of basic handsets. The handset has 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM which can be further extended externally up to 32GB via micro SD card. Users can save their data in microSD card but they must avoid saving the data on their handset because this is the basic level handset and not able to save massive data and if the users try to overload the handset they must face the slow working speed of the mobile.
The Huawei Ascend Y540 has 5 megapixel rear camera with 2592 Ñ… 1944 pixels, LED flash and Geo-tagging and has VGA camera as a front facing snapper. The handset is energized by Li-Ion 1950 mAh battery which provides 300 hours standby time on 3G network and 5 hours talk time on 3G network.
The Huawei Ascend Y540 is available in two colors; black and white at the price of $120. Before this handset Huawei launched many good smartphones from mid too high range and for fulfilling the users’ passion on their budget the company released this basic level handset for those who don’t want to spend a lot for buying the handset.
