Android Lollipop 5.0 Is Not For everyone
Android Lollipop update is now story of the past and now we know not ever Android phone holder is enjoying this and most of the Android fans are still I the waiting for the update . it is a unpleasant fact that every Android phone will not get Lollipop update.
Although Lollipop 5.0 is a much better platform for the mobile phones but still it is not for every Android phone. Android 5.0 is overall an important and a major upgrade comparing to all other operating systems. There are many reasons that Android 5.0 Lollipop is not for all the Android phones, while they are perfectly fit for Android 4.4 KitKat firmware and there is no problem with them. There are some big reasons that Android Lollipop 5.0 is not fit for every Android phone which need to be seen in depth and considered before wishing to have update.
There is no silent mode
Although priority mode is good enough on KitKat operating system whereas this may not be possible on their existing Android operating system. If you want to have this mode you will have to go the third party widgets and install it for their home screen.
Lollipop has carousel task switcher
It is the fact that Lollipop has the tendency to crowed the home screen with different widgets as if it is some basic necessity to crowed everything on the home screen. Some users may not like so many tasks switches and many icons on their home screen.
lock screen native widget support
Google wishes to have a perfect and complete operating system for the Android based mobile phones and does not favor widgets on home screen. Lollipop 5.0 gives a good interface on the lock screen but some users may not like this thinly populated view and may not like Lollipop 5.0 for keeping the screen clean. To have it populated with widgets users will have to resort to third party apps which Google does not like.
Material Design is not there
Many users like Material Design and yet many may not like too many design full features and they may consider it as if children have stormed the Google office and placed their drawings on the Google screen. Although Google has tried to make it color full which many users may not like it.
LED indicator need to work in silent mode
If users activate the new priority mode on their Lollipop-powered phones, the LED indicator will no longer awake and flicker when users have a pending notification. This, placed with by the lack of silent mode, makes the new notification philosophy a unpleasant.
